GYROTONIC® Move Class

Service Description

Instructor approval needed. Sometimes we can get hung up on the "specifics" and the "details". This class is the next step after learning the basics. It layers upon the workshop class and allows you to move through the movement in a fluid and consistent way. The way the method is meant to be practiced. *** This class in limited to 4 people *** If you are looking to try this class and are unsure if you are capable simply check the list of requirements below. If you still aren't sure reach out to us and ask! Requirements: • Can set up the equipment without assistance for myself • Understand the basic principles of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®  • Can be guided through the movement without the need for demonstration or stopping the class. • Has had a minimum of 10 private lessons and/or is participating in the GYROTONIC® Workshop class This class allows you to participate in the following with instructor approval: • GYROTONIC® Move with Meghan (class) • GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower rental for personal practice. (tower rental)

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24 hour notice cancellation policy in effect. Please keep this in mind when booking multiple appointments.
