Service Description

Instructor approval needed. Want to know what we do when we are practicing int the studio? Dive deep into the movement with some great little explorations during this class. In the GYROTONIC® Move with Us class you will be moving the entire time. This class is special because you will be able to peek and see what the lead instructor is doing. Maybe you will see something you don't see when we demo during class! Why do we say that? Well it's simple really we ALL move better when we are warm! Each instructor has a way they warm their bodies up for movement. We rarely just hop on the equipment! We hope that through this class you are able to find deeper connections in your own movement. *** This class in limited to 3 people *** If you are looking to try this class and are unsure if you are capable simply check the list of requirements below. If you still aren't sure reach out to us and ask! Requirements: • Can set up the equipment without assistance for myself • Understand the basic principles of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®  • Can be guided through the movement without the need for demonstration or stopping the class. • Has had a minimum of 10 private lessons and/or is participating in the GYROTONIC® Move class This class allows you to participate in the following with instructor approval: • GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower rental for personal practice. (tower rental)
