Come explore the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® with us. In this class you will be guided through exercises with tactile cues, you will use toys to assist you in achieving your goals, and you will learn how to set up the machine specific to you. This class is limited to 4 participants. This class will allow you to participate in the following with instructor approval. • GYROTONIC® Move (class) • GYROTONIC® Move with Meghan (class) • GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower rental for personal practice. (tower rental)
