Come explore GYROKINESIS® with us. Explore the different families with this class. Each class is only 25 minutes long and will explore something new in the level 1 formats. This class is in person. A recording will be made. A virtual option is available in the class schedule on line ***please be sure to schedule for the correct class***

There is a 24 hour notice cancellation policy in effect. Please keep this in mind when booking multiple appointments. You are able to cancel and change your appointments online. Please keep in mind our instructors and therapists are independent contractors and are in charge of their own schedules. If there is an issue with scheduling or if you need to change please contact your instructor via their profile on our website.
