Come explore GYROKINESIS® with us. This class is meant to move from the beginning to the end. It is set to be about 90 minutes long. This class is limited to 6 participants.

There is a 24 hour notice cancellation policy in effect. Please keep this in mind when booking multiple appointments. You are able to cancel and change your appointments online. Please keep in mind our instructors and therapists are independent contractors and are in charge of their own schedules.
