This class sets you up for success and gets you moving deeply. It is required to participate in advanced classes. Here you will learn the basics. In this class you will: • Learn how to set up the equipment without assistance from the instructor • Understand the basic principles of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®  • Be guided through the movement with demonstration and hands on.
